The "Refresh" button in the multiplayer menu is deselected upon interacting with it

The Bug:

The "Refresh" button in the multiplayer menu is deselected upon interacting with it.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the multiplayer menu.
2. Hit the TAB key seven times in order to focus the "refresh" button.
3. Interact with this button by pressing the SPACE or ENTER key.
4. Look at the "refresh" button.
5. Take note as to whether or not the "Refresh" button in the multiplayer menu is deselected upon interacting with it.

Observed Behavior:

The "Refresh" button in the multiplayer menu is deselected upon interacting with it.

Expected Behavior:

The "Refresh" button in the multiplayer menu would not be deselected upon interacting with it.
