Sculk sensors are not activated upon players being damaged by melee sources

The Bug:

Sculk sensors are not activated upon players being damaged by melee sources.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Build the setup as shown in the attachment below. setup.png
2. Give yourself the regeneration effect and alter your knockback resistance attribute by using the commands provided below.

   /effect give @s minecraft:regeneration 999999 7 true

   /attribute @s minecraft:knockback_resistance base set 10

3. Spawn a husk on top of the diamond block.
4. Switch into survival mode, approach the husk, allow it to hurt you multiple times, and watch the sculk sensor closely.
5. Take note as to whether or not sculk sensors are not activated upon players being damaged by melee sources.

Observed Behavior:

Sculk sensors are not activated.

Expected Behavior:

Sculk sensors would be activated.
