Double clicking doesn't select the text in some GUI's

The Bug

In some GUI's you cannot selected all the text by double clicking

Affected GUI's

• Sign
• Structure Block
• Command Block
• Jigsaw
• Server Edit Fields (name, address etc.)
• Creative Search Bar
• Crafting Search Bar
• Social Interactions Search Bar
• Anvil Edit Name Bar
• Chat
• Singleplayer/multiplayer menus
• Realms menus
• Chat reporting

Reproduce

• Get one of the blocks or open one of the GUI's above
• Write some text
• Double click the text
  Notice the text doesn't get selected

Expected Result

The text would be selected
