You cannot hold the TAB key to navigate between buttons quickly in the "Optimize World" menu

The Bug:

You cannot hold the TAB key to navigate between buttons quickly in the "Optimize World" menu.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Navigate to the singleplayer menu.
• Select and world and click the "Edit" button.
• Hold down the TAB key and take note of how you rapidly switch between the selection of buttons.
• Click on the "Optimize World" button.
• Hold down the TAB key and observe the selection of buttons closely.
• Take note as to whether or not you can hold the TAB key to navigate between buttons quickly in the "Optimize World" menu.

Observed Behavior:

You cannot hold the TAB key to navigate between buttons quickly.

Expected Behavior:

You would be able to hold the TAB key to navigate between buttons quickly, just like how you're able to in most other menus.
