argument.time.invalid_tick_count does not use parameters, despite code passing it

String argument.time.invalid_tick_count does not use a parameter. However, the code that uses the string (net/minecraft/command/argument/TimeArgumentType in yarn) passes a parameter that indicates the time.

 

TimeArgumentType should remove the parameter, or the string should be updated to include the parameter.
