Hitboxes of upper and lower part of small dripleaf do not connect

As you can see on screenshots upper and lower hitboxes of small dripleaf don't connect. As a result you can break blocks through small dripleaf's stem.

To reproduce:
1. Build a setup as seen on screenshots.
2. Stand on a half-slab.
3. Crouch and try to break the gold block
