Narrator gets cut off when hovering over selection options

What I expected to happen was...:
For the narrator to read all of the text when I opened the the command block and tried to change to a different option. 

What actually happened was...:
What happened was that the narrator cuts off when speaking and the says "Press Tab to navigate to next element"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have narrator on
2. Open command block
3. Hold cursor over different options for the narrator to read
