Sculk sensor continuously receives vibrations when next to a powered big dripleaf

The Bug

When a sculk sensor is placed directly next to a big dripleaf that is powered by redstone it will continuously receive vibrations from the big dripleaf

Reproduce

• Build the contraption seen in the images below (or something similar)
  Notice that the sculk sensor is continuously receiving vibrations from the big dripleaf

Expected Result

The sculk sensor wouldn't receive any vibrations from the big dripleaf

Note

Placing the sculk sensor further away from the powered big dripleaf no vibrations are emitted only when directly next to it does it receive vibrations
