Parts of mushrooms trees can be replaced with stone near lava pools

The Bug

Parts of a mushroom tree can be replaced with stone from a lava pool. In the screenshots below it shows the Mushroom Stem & Red Mushroom Block being replaced though Brown Mushroom Blocks could also be potentially replaced as well.
