If /data command constantly works on villagers every tick, it breaks their behavior - possible duplication

For some reason, the farmer instantly filled the composter and it had full inventory (probably), which caused the items to just be on the ground and I instantly got 5 stacks of bread and bone meal. There is no way that it harvested so many crops during 4 or 5 game days.
There were even like 15 stacks of bread just lying on the ground.

If you enable this datapack and teleport into any village, it will reproduce this issue. 

Then it's probably caused by the constantly working /data command resetting their working cooldown (the working sounds constantly play when you get near them)
