End skybox is visible while under the blindness effect

Couldn't find a report regarding this issue, so i did one.

The sky is still visible on the end when you're under the effect of blindness, causing unloaded chunks being visible due to the reduced fog and making things being easily distinguishable in the distance. Might relate to MC-230905.
