Named creepers that die from blowing up aren't logged in the output

The Bug

If a named creeper blows up the death of the named creeper isn't logged in the output

Reproduce

• Enable output log in the minecraft launcher and join the game
• Get a Creeper
• Name it
• Use a flint & steel on it or just have it blow up
• Go to the output log
  Notice no output is given for the creepers death
