Players can pass through Fence walls by right clicking a horse in the pen

So i was playing on a server and i was selling horses when this kid got into my fenced pen by right clicking a horse that was inside the pen. These were kind of like fence walls that kept people from getting into it. I've tested it and people can also do it with wooden doors if the horses are close enough.
