Java Error on Windows 7 Laptop

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. Downloaded the minecraft launcher from mojang
3. Opened java certification error (sun)

I already reinstalled and uninstalled java and removed any previous versions of java.
