Creative mode obtained Bucket of Axolotl only spawns one kind

The Bug

While ~~MC-221656~~ was fixed for tropical fish it appears that creative mode obtained buckets of axolotls still only spawn the pink type

Reproduce

Be in creative mode
Get a bucket of axolotl from the creative inventory
Use it
Notice only the pink type spawns
