Exception Access Violation

A few days ago me and a few friends were playing on a server that I was hosting just fine. However, at one point my computer ended up crashing while the server was running. Ever since then any time I attempt to run the regular game client or the server software itself it pops up with an Exception Access Violation error as soon as it seems to try loading chunks.

Steps I have taken:
-Fresh install of Java and Minecraft
-Restart computer
-Update drivers
-Run sfc /scannow as well as chkdsk repairs
-Disabled UAC to check if it affected anything
