Shipwrecks can generate floating in the air

Shipwrecks can generate in the air. This shouldn't happen, as shipwrecks must be submerged.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Generate a world with the Floating Islands world type with the Deep Ocean biome selected, and with the seed -1771317920209354681.

2. Notice the shipwreck being in the air
