Blacked out UI and textures every time game is loaded up

After many times of reloading the launcher, reinstalling the launcher, getting rid of resource packs and mods, I still have yet to figure out why this is happening, the text for the main menu is all black, all blocks and items are blacked out in the inventory in creative and survival
