1.17 windows 7 bug

When I open 1.17/1.17.1 Pre-release 1 on windows 7 it either crashes or when it loads up the buttons are gone or cut in half. This doesn't happen when I play other versions like 1.16-1.16.5 or 1.8-1.8.9. Also when I enter a world the HUD is all over the screen and messed up.
