Shulker boxes with malformed JSON in their names duplicate when dispensed

The bug

When /give-ing a shulker box with malformed JSON in the name and using it in a dispenser, the shulker box is duplicated.
Note that the items inside of the shulker box are not duplicated, just the acual box.
This report is marked as private even though it requires commands to reproduce due to these shulker boxes causing crashes pre-1.17 (MC-218074)

Steps to reproduce

1. /give @p white_shulker_box{BlockEntityTag:{CustomName:"MalformedJson"}}

2. Dispense the shulker box
   -> The shulker box is dispensed, but also still exists as an item in the dispenser
