My minecraft worlds are not loading in

Everytime I load my old minecraft world, I am stuck in a sort of limbo, I can barely move and nothing is loaded except for some villagers and a zombie. I thought this was a bug that happened only on that world, but after creating a new one the same thing happened, after a certain point, the world stopped loading in, just like the other world. I need help, I don't know if these are file related, but it's really annoying and discourages me from playing the game.
