duplicate mod

hi so im not sure if i should be saying this to forge, but when i try to launch minecraft with forge i could not get on because it said there was a duplicate mod (which i did put in by accident before leaving the game) which means i cant even get onto it to get rid of the duplicate. i hav provided a picture of the tab. thank you for your help.
