Zombies make it nearly impossible to obtain music discs from creepers.

What I expected to happen was...:
Zombies would still be an issue, but they wouldn't make it impossible to get discs
What actually happened was...:
After two minutes in the night, there were over 20+ zombies between the skeleton and the creeper, this should not happen, even with the new zombie changes. It should not effect getting music discs that severely.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a survival world
2. Get some diamonds and make a diamond sword and at least iron armor.
3. Try to get music discs from a creeper
