Bamboo Updates Too Quickly in loaded chunks

 Update: I have tested this with the official launcher and it's still affected but nowhere near as bad

When you have loaded chunks and the bamboo within the chunks updates it creates a lot of lag like the frame rate drops as low as 2FPS.

How to recreate: Create a Single Biome world set to bamboo jungle and load the world, load some chunks and wait

:The chunk render distance should be 32 chunks or less
