Strange spyglass animation after throwing an item

The bug

Throwing an item makes the spyglass in the eye move.

 

How to reproduce

• Hold a spyglass in your offhand.
• Use the spyglass and keep it expanded.
• Switch into third-person view.
• Throw an item by pressing the Q key.

           The spyglass moves from its position causing a strange animation.
