Sleeping message displays even when sleeping is disabled

The message "You can sleep only at night and during thunderstorms"‌ is displayed when attempting to sleep and you cannot. i.e. It is day and/or not storming.
The message "No amount of rest can pass this night" is only displayed when you are able to sleep and enter a bed (night/storming).
The later message should always display when sleeping is disabled as the former implies that you will be able to sleep at a later time.
