animals walking through cobblestone wall

Immediately after installing the pre release, when I started my world I experienced cows and sheep walking through my cobblestone walls. About five cows and three sheep walked right through.
Prior to the release I'd sometimes experience the animals ghosting through the walls and appearing to be on the other side, but actually being still in the pen, but they actually walked through the walls this time.
