zombie cannot disspawn

discribe the bug,provide any errors
glowing squid is able to spawn in water underground, but they may get out of the water and die, also drop the glow ink sac item. Then if zombies pick up the item it will become persistently and at the same time these zombies doesnt count into total mobcaps.so more and more zombie appear here and never disspawn
