black textures and invisible letters

This problem only appears in the latest version of the game, when i play the 1.16.5 one, the game runs normally and perfectly. When i play the version 1.17 it has a lot of problems. At first, when i open the game, i cant see any of the words. Like single player or multiplayer or whatever, its just invisible. It get fixed after entering and leaving a world. And when i enter to a world the animals, my character, and some blocks are totally black. Im sure this have happened before, but i just wanna know what should i do?
