Cannot exit boats with L-Shift on MC1.17 w/ CavesAndCliffsPreview datapack

What I expected to happen was...:
Lshift/crouch should cause player to exit boat.

What actually happened was...:
Lshift/crouch causes player model to crouch.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter Boat.
2. Attempt to exit boat with Lshift
