Updated Drivers, Game still won't open

So, a friend of mine was trying to play Minecraft with me recently, and he encountered an issue in his 1.17, where, even after he updated all his drivers, his game still won't open, i'd like to ask for anyone who is able to, to help on this, thank you very much!
