Minecraft stuck at connecting to server forever when joining

I can't login to any server in 1.17 version anymore. The ping bar for all server loads forever and when I click to join it stuck at connecting to server forever for any server. I am sure it is not a internet problem because if it's 1.16.5 I can log in to servers no problem (like hypixel). But in 1.17 I can't even log in to hypixel.
I also tried to update my Java to java16 and nothing is changed. I also tried rebooting pc, reloaded Minecraft, reinstall too. But none of that works.
