Broken lead attached to horse does not properly delete

When you ride a horse away from a fence post (that the horse is tied to) and the lead breaks, the item drops but there is still some of the lead model remaining on the post.

What I expected to happen was...:
The lead to fully disappear

What actually happened was...:
The lead's tie around the fence post remained until updated

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tame a horse
2.Put on a saddle
3. Attach it to a fence post, then hop on
4. Ride away from the fence post until the lead breaks
5. Hop off the horse and go back to the fence
