Altered image

Hi! Today I tried to play Minecraft Java Edition but the image was wrong. I don’t know if a change some settings but I try to uninstall and reinstall the game but I didn’t work. I’m going to attach some images that could explain better the problem that I have. Thanks to everyone that could help me.
