Crashes during gameplay and when laptop is left on for 2-3 minutes

At first it happened when I got up to do something and my laptop went to sleep. At first I thought this was normal. Then I was fighting the Ender Dragon and it crashed. It was weird. So I boot it back up again fight the dragon fro another minute and it crashes AGAIN. It was a really weird experience.
