Greenish tinge and weird lighting caused by distant light sources with night vision and full brightness

Related to and basically the opposite of MC-199559.

The bug

If you set your brightness to bright and you have night vision, certain light levels make the blocks appear greenish.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set brightness to +100% Bright
2. Give yourself night vision
3. Go in a cave and find some flowing lava.-->  Notice the blocks about 7 blocks away look dark and greenish
