/help takes in extra arguments, and can even replace the output with some of these arguments

Expected Result:
Running

/help tellraw blah

should either error or ignore the extra argument

Actual Result:
Running

/help tellraw blah

/tellraw blah <message>

instead of:

/tellraw <targets> <message>
