My minecraft is not working proprely

I recently changed to a new pc and i downloaded Minecraft, nothing weird until here, but when i launch minecraft i lost all of my solo worlds, lost multiplayer worlds and cant connect to them anymore and am litteraly "not allowed" to have access to realms, even if i own my own realm.
