I Found a Bug on the water

What I expected to happen was...:
I was playing with the new horses but, when I Fell a Villager Well ( With my Horse ) I see the water white but...

What actually happened was...:
None

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I Fell to the Water ( With my horse )
2. When Ieave the horse I see the water White
