Chunks not properly loading

Hello Team Mojang,

I have a slight problem with chunks not loading properly when entering or exiting different dimensions( like the Nether or End). I have to close my survival world and reopen it just for it to be fixed only when staying in the dimension. I don't know if my hardware is causing the issues (I have a MacBook Air 2013) and I did start the world in 1.16.5. And I kindly ask for your help as I'm not a game expert.
