Sculk sensors don't detect the feeding of untamed/trusting mobs

The Bug

With the fix to MC-207329 sculk sensors are now able to detect when mobs are being fed. Though when taming/befriend and mob near a sculk sensor it doesn't activate

Reproduce

• Get a sculk sensor
• summon a NoAI wolf, dolphin, cat, ocelot, parrot near it
• Feed the mob the appropriate taming/trusting food
  Notice the sculk sensor doesn't activate
