Moss Block

I'm not very sure how does a Moss_Block works, but when I use it to replace the dirt (on this case, on Savana), the grass just doesn't change, it still Savana Grass and it's pretty Annoying.  I thing this is a bug, Also the moss block does not replace the sand.
