Russian Swear words allowed to be set as usernames

I have recently discovered that Russian swear words written in English text are available to be chosen as Minecraft names for example the Russian word “cyka” which means female dog is taken as a name and the word “Huyesos” which mean “d*ck lover” is available and up for grabs to anyone who wants to change their Minecraft name to that.
