Entities do not produce amethyst step sounds when ridden over amethyst blocks

The musical step sounds will not play when walking over amethyst blocks while riding an entity such as a strider, pig, or horse.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Build a floor of amethyst
2. Spawn a horse, tame it, saddle it
3. Ride the horse over the amethyst

Observed Behavior:

The musical note sounds of the block cannot be heard. However, the faint jingling sound can be heard if the player has their camera near the amethyst or has their volume higher, but otherwise it will be difficult to hear.

Expected Result:

The step sound would be heard, and the ambient chime sounds would be easier to hear from the players elevated height riding the mob.
