Locate command doesn't always locate the nearest village

World seed: 49

Spawn point: -80/70/40

Locate village returns: [-480, ~, 672]

Actual closest village bell location is: 60/70/138

 

NOTE: I've seen this before, many times. It's more of an annoyance, but since I was in a mental debug mode anyhow, I decided to document it.
