1.17 servers are getting an error

1.17 server error

What I expected to happen was...:
is that the files would apear in the folder **

What acctualy happen was...:

it sent a weird error message instead

Steps to Reproduce:
1. first you download the 1.17 server.jar
2. then you put it in a new folder
3. then you dubbel click the server.jar file nad you get an error

4. click okay and it says: a java exeption has occurred
