Updated world doesn't load anything but mobs outside of the range (271, -272) to (-64, 63)

 World spawn is approx. (100, -104) in case that helps with anything and when using elytra rockets with flight duration 3 will seemingly infinitely propel me until I land after I enter the unloaded chunks then all I need to do to start that up again is deploy a rocket
