Leather boots don't stop sinking into powdered snow in a cauldron

The bug

When having leather boots equipped, you still fall into a cauldron filled with powdered snow.
Expected behaviour would be being able to stand on top of it just like withblocks of powdered snow.

To reproduce

1. Place a cauldron and fill it with powdered snow
2. Equip leather boots
3. Jump onto the filled cauldron (make sure to be in the middle)
   -> You will sink in
