Visually glitchy minecraft

After the new update my minecraft has been visually looking glitchy. The launher is looking and working as usual but when the game pops up it looks bad. I've added a few pictures to show. I've tried uninstalling my minecraft files and then installing them and also i checked if i have the latest java and i do.
