Glitchy

Everything was completely normal at first. I logged out of the game, and about an hour later, I relogged. When I joined the game again I was suffocating in dirt, and the surroundings appeared to be nowhere near spawn, but the coordinates are the same/very similar. All my original items were still on me, but my tools had full durability even though I had used them. Screenshots linked below
